In most cases the FULL benefit is only available if all of the income from all sources is being spent. BUT again it depends on whether the income is from a pension or perhaps from an IRA or other retirement account. So its always best for us to work together and make sure everything is done right.

Usually this is not true. There is NO asset amount no matter what you have been told. If the family is spending $3000.00 or $4000.00 per month on care, one asset amount would qualify. But if the family is only paying $650.00 per month on care a very different asset level would be necessary. Regardless there are many solutions that both the VA and the IRS would approve of in order to apply, so once again its always best to call or stop by.
